Registration for Sponsors & Exhibitors

Each sponsor receives two (2) complimentary forum registrations, exhibitors receive one (1) comp. Complimentary registrations include access to all open forum events. Sorry but we can't give you any more. Additional attendees must register for the forum at the prevailing rate. Individual tickets for meals are not available.

Registration for Exhibitor Staff

Attendees coming to support the exhibit are welcome too! We offer a 2-day Exhibitor Registration to cover full access, including meals and receptions on October 2 & 3 for $350 per person.  There is a limit of 3 per exhibitor.  Exhibitor Registrations can be added any time before September 7 by sending full contact information and method of payment for each individual to NEMA Headquarters.

Conference Schedule

A preliminary forum schedule will be available on the NEMA website and updated often.  Changes to the schedule or arrangements are occasionally necessary due to a variety of reasons.  We will notify the pre-planning contact listed on the sponsor and exhibitor contracts of changes to the schedule which effect exhibit hours and days as soon as they occur.  It is the responsibility of the pre-planning contact to notify affected staff from the sponsoring and exhibiting companies of these changes.  It is highly recommended that all affected staff check the NEMA website often for updates and changes to the schedule.


Exhibits will be located in the JW Marriott Camelback Resert.  Exhibit spaces are 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep and will not be pipe and draped. The space will include a 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket.  Electrical service and other items must be ordered through the facility at the sponsor’s expense.  Additional information will be provided when available.

We are going to need 50% down on Silver, Gold and Platinum Sponsorships with the signed application and the rest is due July 20, 2018.  Hospitality Suite fees (if available) and Exhibitor fees are payable in full with the signed application.  NEMA accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for deposits and payments.  If you are sending your application by email or fax (does anyone still use those?) and payment will be sent separately, please reference the check number on your application.

Advertisements and Logos

Full color company logos must be submitted in JPEG or PNG format as soon as possible. If they are not submitted in this manner, they cannot be used.  Logos should be sent electronically to Karen and will be added to the website within 1 week of receipt.


Platinum and Gold Sponsors may provide a banner to be hung in the General Session room.  The banner should be around 4 feet (48 inches) in width or height.  We won't be getting out a ruler to measure it but please keep it to that general size. You can drop off your banner to the Forum Registration desk no later than 12:00 noon on October 2.  NEMA staff will take care of hanging it. Well, not us specifically, but we will arrange to have someone at the hotel do it. You can have you banner back following the general session. Just swing by the Registration Desk after 4:00 pm on October 4 and we'll have it for you. We can mail it if you prefer, just bring along a pre-addressed, UPS or FedEx container including the account number.
